Every day, I see Community Health Programs making a difference in the lives of people in Berkshire County.
Our health center network, with its caring staff of health care professionals, offers outstanding medical and dental care for patients of all ages in the Berkshire County region.
Our “whole person” approach to care for all patients — from infants to elders — also includes behavioral health, women’s health, vision care, physical therapy, nutrition counseling and an array of services to support families and children.
CHP accepts most forms of insurance, including MassHealth, and we welcome all patients regardless of income, immigration status or ability to pay.
Our insurance counselors assist patients in accessing health coverage programs, and we offer a sliding-fee scale to those who qualify.
As a federally qualified health center, CHP has a unique mission and philosophy that embodies the concept of “health care for all.” This mission is embraced by our staff, board of directors, patients and generous community supporters.
To improve the health of people throughout the Berkshires by delivering exceptional, compassionate health care.
To be a leading choice for health care in the Berkshires, within an inclusive culture that champions patient-centered care and staff engagement, superb operational performance, relevant technology and community partnerships.
CHP now counts more than 32,000 patients and more than 220 employees in our health center network throughout the Berkshires. We work with remarkable partners in the region who share our comment to individual and health and well-being. We have wonderful donors, volunteers and allies who stand with us in our work.
As you can see — and as I see every day — CHP makes a difference in the lives of thousands of Berkshire region residents.
Let us make a difference in yours.
