Community Health Programs has named Heidi Fabiano, HR Administrator at CHP Administrative Offices, as its August 2021 employee of the month!

Heidi clearly has a vision to standardize operations for staff, administration and employees. She clearly outlines tasks that need to be done and continues to support CHP and employees. Heidi has previously pioneered Staff discounts at a local ski resort; promoting Employee satisfaction as well as helping the Community. Volunteers at the Mobile Food Bank and pre-covid with the Childrens Attic. Heidi’s diligence ensuring immunizations are up to date for new hires and current employees aids in the safety of our Employees and Community at large. Thank You Heidi for all you do!
