The work of Community Health Programs would not be possible without the unwavering cooperation and support of our dedicated community partners and funders listed below.

Berkshire United Way funds 42 programs across 28 local organizations working to improve individual circumstances and elevate the overall quality of life in Berkshire County. CHP is proud to be a recipient of Family Services funding.

The Department of Early Education and Care’s mission is to support the healthy growth and development of all children by providing high-quality programs and resources for families and communities. CHP is proud to be a recipient of Family Services funding.

CHP is proud to have been chosen as a recipient of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers’ grant: CHW Led Covid-19 Vaccine Initiative – “Engaging CHWs to Increase COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution in Historically Under-Resourced Communities.”

Through this grant, we are working with local organizations to educate and create awareness of the COVID-19 vaccines, with the intent to reduce hesitancy.

Through our efforts, we will achieve the goal of Community Immunity for a healthier Berkshires.

CHP Mobile Corporate Wellness Services

Community Health Programs provides workplace wellness services to organizations and their employees utilizing our 35-foot mobile medical units.

A team of skilled medical practitioners provides the same quality customer service and medical expertise as you find at CHP clinical sites. We work with organizations to help you design a wellness package tailored to the specific needs of your group.

Services may be customized, within standard medical policy, to your specifications.

  • Routine Health Screenings
  • Vaccines
  • Employee Physicals
  • Well Women Exams
  • Drug Testing

All programs and activities are true medical services. CHP Mobile Health Units are licensed medical practices.  HIPAA privacy laws are in effect, and only the employee will know and receive their medical information.
