CHP Mobile Corporate Wellness Services
Community Health Programs provides workplace wellness services to organizations and their employees utilizing our 35-foot mobile medical units. A team of skilled medical practitioners provides the same quality customer service and medical expertise as you find at CHP clinical sites. We work with organizations to help you design a wellness package tailored to the specific needs of your group.
Services may be customized, within standard medical policy, to your specifications.
- Routine Health Screenings
- Employee Physicals
- Well Women Exams
- Drug Testing
All programs and activities are true medical services. CHP Mobile Health Units are licensed medical practices. HIPAA privacy laws are in effect, and only the employee will know and receive their medical information.
