Beyond Delivery: Wellness Group for Postpartum Moms and Babies

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
‘Beyond Delivery’ is a free, weekly postpartum wellness group for moms and their infants. Mothers are invited to join this welcoming, supportive gathering on Tuesdays from 10-11 a.m.
During the summer, we meet at 27 Lewis Ave., Great Barrington, at the Fairview Hospital campus. We offer an online option as well.
During the fall, winter and spring, we meet at CHP Great Barrington Health Center, 444 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington, with an online option.
Open to both CHP and non-CHP patients, Beyond Delivery invites conversations about breastfeeding, new family dynamics, postpartum depression, nutrition and any topic related to becoming a new parent. Babies are welcome. CHP patient participants are eligible for medical consultations as part of the group wellness program.
Led by Molly Rivest, DNP, FNP, of CHP Barrington OB-GYN and Ilana Siegal of Lifeworks Studio.
