Yoga is an excellent way for individuals to loosen and stretch muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
Join us for Zoom Chair Yoga and Meditation – a Medical Group Visit for gentle movement and stress reduction, led by yoga therapist Mary Northey and Lisa Nelson MD.
