Hannah Paterson, Nutritionist and Good Food Project Facilitator at WIC & Family Services, earned her B.S. in Culinary Nutrition at Johnson & Wales University, with a minor in clinical dietetics. She was born and raised in Southern Berkshire County, and a local Lee High School Graduate. She has a “live off the land” lifestyle that involves fishing, hunting, gardening, raising chickens, meal planning, cooking, canning, and even foraging. Ms. Paterson aims to inspire others to find their own healthy lifestyle that works for them. She works with local berkshire county families that are in need of food assistance, as well as nutrition advice and culinary education.
