Behavioral Health
Ms. Burpee is a licensed independent clinical social worker providing behavioral health services to patients of CHP Berkshire Pediatrics and their families. Ms. Burpee earned her master of social work degree from State University of New York at Albany, and completed her bachelor of arts in psychology at Boston University. In addition to her private counseling practice in Lenox, she has recently worked as a program director of child and adolescent services at the Brien Center in Pittsfield. She has specialized training in trauma-informed care, family therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
Ms. Burpee provides services through Berkshire Pediatrics referral only.
Ms. Dostie is a licensed independent clinical social worker providing behavioral health care to patients at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. She earned her master’s in social work degree at Springfield College and received her undergraduate degree in gerontology from Worcester State College. She also completed training programs at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute in New York. Ms. Dostie has previously worked for Brien Center in Pittsfield, South Bay Community Services in Brockton, and at HospiceCare in the Berkshires.
Mary A. Fierro, PhD, LICSW joins CHP as director of behavioral health for the countywide health care network. She divides her time between administrative duties and client appointments.
She has a doctorate in psychoeducational processes from Temple University and earned her master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. She attended Seton Hall University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Fierro has most recently worked in private practice and as the clinical program manager for Medicaid members of the Fallon Health accountable care organization. Her work with Fallon focused on behavioral and medical health and social determinants of health initiatives.
Dr. Leslie Fishbein previously worked as an attending consultation-liaison psychiatrist at Berkshire Medical Center; she was the medical director of BMC’s Primary Care Outreach Team (PCOT) and founded its Long-Term Care consultation division. She has held positions at Boston Medical Center, Boston City Hospital, and at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She has also worked in academia at Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Medicine, and UMass Medical Center.
Linda Moro, LICSW, has joined the Community Health Programs behavioral health team. She is now seeing clients at CHP’s Great Barrington Health Center and Barrington OB/GYN.
She earned her master’s degree from Fordham University School of Social Work in New York, and earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Herbert Lehman College. She worked recently in correctional health services at Rikers Island in New York City, and she previously at The Children’s Village in New York City and for Catholic Charities in Bedford, N.Y.
She brings experience in individual and group therapy, treatment plan development, trauma treatment and family support services. She has also worked as a hospice social worker.
Ms. Segui is Family Support Coordinator for CHP Family Services in Great Barrington, working with families and individuals with young children aged 0-5. She is the program coordinator for both CHP’s Parent-Child+ and the Ages & Stages developmental screening program. She earned her master of social work degree at the New York University Silver School of Social Work in New York City, and holds a degree in business administration from Marist College. She has worked previously as a child and adolescent clinician at The Brien Center, and as the clinical director for Phoenix House Substance Abuse Treatment Center at the Berkshire County House of Corrections.
