Ms. Dostie is a licensed independent clinical social worker providing behavioral health care to patients at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. She earned her master’s in social work degree at Springfield College and received her undergraduate degree in gerontology from Worcester State College. She also completed training programs at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute in New York. Ms. Dostie has previously worked for Brien Center in Pittsfield, South Bay Community Services in Brockton, and at HospiceCare in the Berkshires.
Alison Flynn is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Curry College, she went on to earn her M.S. at Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y. She is a Berkshire County native and worked as a registered nurse at Berkshire Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital before becoming a primary care practitioner. Alison’s primary focus is health promotion, disease prevention, and treating acute and chronic diseases.
Rebecca Gamache is a family nurse practitioner at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. After receiving her undergraduate degree from UMass-Amherst she went on to earn her M.S. at Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y. She is a Berkshire County native and worked as a registered nurse at Berkshire Medical Center and Berkshire County ARC before becoming a primary care practitioner. Rebecca’s primary focus is health promotion and disease prevention, and she has a strong passion for holistic treatment options.
Mrs. Garner, clinical nutritionist and wellness educator, has expertise in medical nutrition counseling, with an emphasis on integrative nutrition, program design, and providing practical applications for implementing dietary changes. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in legal studies from St. John’s University. She received a master’s degree in human clinical nutrition from The University of Bridgeport. Mrs. Garner has broad integrative medicine experience from working 14 years at Canyon Ranch, spending time in private practice, working in a substance abuse facility and the Nutrition Center.
Dr. Lehmann received her Bachelor degree in Medicine and a Bachelor degree in Surgery at Trinity College, University of Dublin. Settling in the area in 1979, she has cared for residents of Berkshire County for almost 35 years in private practice. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Lehmann brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Dr. Pena-Sisto received her undergraduate degree from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba Medical School, and completed her family practice residency in Cuba. Dr. Pena-Sisto also completed a fellowship in Cuba, earning a degree as a nephrologist, and practiced as a primary care physician there for 5 years. She completed her training in internal medicine at Berkshire Medical Center, and was chief resident in the program. She is the assistant director of ambulatory education of BMC‘s Internal Medicine Residency Program at CHP Neighborhood Health Center.
Dr. Samale is board certified in family medicine. He completed his Bachelor of Science in biology at Boston College and earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. He attended medical school at St. George University, interned at Mount Sinai Hospital, Conn., and completed his residency at Northeastern Hospital in Pennsylvania. With more than 20 years experience in private practice, Dr. Samale practices a “whole person” approach to preventing and treating illnesses.
Brittany Wallace is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care to adult and geriatric patients. After receiving her undergraduate nursing degree from Russell Sage College, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y.; she worked previously as a staff nurse at Berkshire Medical Center. She is ANCC certified and she is focused on preventive health and holistic whole-body health.
